  Support Levels

Dependending on what support level agreement you have, we reply with different speed. Please see here for more info about our different support levels.

  • Basic support - Free for all paying VisionProject users - you normally get a reply within 24 hours during, but we guarantee 48 hour response time

  • Premium support - for an additional monthly fee - you normally get a reply within 2-4 hours during normal business hours, but we guarantee 24 hour response time

  • Premium plus support - for an additional monthly fee - you can also call our support team on +46771105000 (EU) or on 1-800-495-9915 (US). Then you normally get through directly, otherwise we will normally call you back within an hour or less, but 24 hour phone response time is guaranteed. Phone hours for premium support is between 8 AM and 5 PM during normal Swedish business hours (UTC +1) on weekdays (excluding holidays)
